The Terraplane was a low-priced, conservatively modern sedan offered by the Hudson Motor Co. from 1933 to 1938. It was the successor to their Essex and sported a remarkably efficient 6-cylinder, 70 horse-power engine. It was designed by Britisher Reid Railton and had a top speed of 88 miles per hour!
